Checker Tool for anyone to use!

Instructions are in the code and are relatively simple. Replace some of the globalstats with your stats to match your house, change the required item to match your item, and change the text to whatever you want. Besides that, you're done. The way it works is when you run the command it will set the players stats to a global stat we can use anywhere, then we test if the player is holding the item (so not everyone gets the message) and send them the information.
